Louisiana Society of Hospital Attorneys

The Louisiana Society for Hospital Attorneys is an organization for attorneys who represent or work for hospitals. The Society's purpose is to advance the development of effective legal representation of Louisiana licensed hospitals. This is accomplished by: 1) providing a medium for the interchange of ideas and the dissemination of information and materials relative to health law; 2) providing the provision of a forum on health law and hospital law issues; 3) offering educational programs and other meetings in the area of health law; and 4) identifying and defining healthcare issues that affect hospitals.

 


Annual Health Law Symposium

This event attracts healthcare attorneys and hospital CEOs from all over the state. It is an tremendous opportunity for individuals to interact with legal professionals in the healthcare arena and gather the latest legal and regulatory information affecting the healthcare industry. Attorneys will be able to obtain MCLE credit hours, which includes the mandatory one hour of professionalism and the mandatory one hour of ethics.
